Job Description：

United Energy Group (UEG) is looking for two experienced Legal Counsels to join its upstream oil and gas project team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The successful candidates will provide full legal support to the project's operations, contracts, and compliance, and serve as an interface with local regulators and partners.

Key Responsibilities：

Manage the execution of Petroleum Enhancement Contracts, gas and condensate sales contracts, transportation and processing agreements, and service contracts.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to drilling, seismic, engineering, and field services.

Advise project management, commercial, and operations teams Ｏn legal matters.

Engage with the national oil company (UNG) and joint venture partners Ｏn legal and commercial issues.

Support Central Asian business development initiatives under HQ's guidance.

Ensure operations are compliant with local regulations and UEG internal policies.

Requirements：

Fluent in English and Russian, capable of handling complex legal work in both languages.

5–10 years of legal experience in international oil and gas projects, with focus Ｏn upstream operations.

Proven knowledge of contract execution, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and external stakeholder engagement.

Strong team player with international mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Holds a law degree from a recognized university; LL.M. or bar admission is a plus.

职位描述：

联合能源集团诚聘两名法律顾问，派驻集团在乌兹别克斯坦塔什干的上游油气项目团队。

候选人将全面负责项目合同执行、日常合规、对外沟通以及总部指派的法律事务支持工作。

主要职责：

负责增产合同、天然气与凝析油销售合同、运输与处理协议、油服合同等的执行管理；

起草、审查并谈判钻井、地震、工程、油田服务等相关合同；

为项目管理、商务及运营团队提供法律支持和合规建议；

与乌国家石油公司（UNG）及合资方就法律与商业问题沟通协调；

按照总部要求，参与中亚地区的业务拓展法律支持；

确保项目运营符合本地法律法规及集团合规要求。

任职要求：

熟练掌握英语和俄语，能够以双语处理复杂法律事务；

5–10年国际油气法律工作经验，熟悉上游业务；

熟悉合同执行、监管合规、纠纷解决及对外协调沟通；

具备良好的团队协作精神、国际化思维，能在压力下独立工作；

拥有法学学士或以上学位，具备LL.M或法律职业资格者优先。
